- Serve as the company's Transportation Management System (TMS) Super-user, developing and delivering application training.
- Leverage TMS expertise to configure and optimize business processes.
- Analyze data to provide solutions based on business needs.
- Assess non-standard business needs and propose solutions considering integration and architecture.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training to various audiences.
- Research new TMS and customer-facing application features.
- Advise on logistics best practices and process methodology.
- Estimate project scope and effort, recommending action items.
- Manage vendors, escalating and resolving issues/tickets.
- Lead regular vendor meetings, driving resolutions and timelines for enhancements/issues.
- Lead new product/application implementations, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and roadblock resolution.
- Collaborate across departments to bridge technology and operations proposals, leveraging logistics expertise.
