What You’ll Do:
- Challenge, mentor, and develop our Client Services / In-House Sales Team to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Create a high-performance sales culture—train reps, establish KPIs, and set expectations for success.
- Optimize and scale inbound sales processes—refine lead conversion strategies and client onboarding.
- Ensure excellent customer retention & experience—turn B2B customers into long-term partners.
- Implement CRM best practices (HubSpot) to track pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing & operations to align sales efforts with business growth strategies.
