Security Site Supervisor

In need of the following for a Windsor Locks, CT location :

  • Unarmed Site Supervisor - 1st Shift - Mon-Fri - $19.38 / hr - Weekly Pay

Must have a minimum of one year Security experience, one year of supervisory experience, and possess advanced computer skills to include office tools, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar.

Responsibilities :

  • Complete Weekly Payroll
  • Assign / Schedule Officers to required post
  • Provide support & communications
  • Emergency Response
  • Complete administrative paperwork
  • Detailed Incident Report writing
  • Perform discipline and recognition duties
  • Enforce all policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Conduct Officer post training
  • Maintain licensing and certifications
  • Weekly / Monthly Inspection audits
  • Overtime when needed
  • Other job duties, as assigned

    • Qualifications :

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a CT guard card
  • Must possess High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, including marijuana
  • Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers / Guards
  • Possess effective written and oral communication skills to accurately maintain completed logs and reports
  • Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner
  • Possess intermediate computer skills
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain
  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain / snow or heat
  • Ability to follow established security protocols, while using initiative and good judgement
