Unarmed Security Officer
Unarmed Security Officer needed in Cleveland, TN
PT / Weekends - 12-hour shifts / 12a-12p - $17 / hr
Responsibilities
- Provide security in a manufacturing environment
- Conduct interior and exterior security checks via foot patrols.
- Granting gate access to the property
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Sign in visitors and contractors
- Answer phone calls as needed
- Assisting employees as needed
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and critical situations in a calm manner.
- Observe and report.
- Be willing to work as part of a team, while being able to work alone following well established security protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to read and understand written instructions, complete standard forms, and logs, compose reports that convey complete information in a legible manner.
- Must be able to walk up to 8 mils per 8-hour shift including climbing stairs
- Outside patrols must be complete in any weather conditions
Requirements
- TN Unarmed Security License
- Familiarity of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Must pass a background check and drug screen, including marijuana
