Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and a basic understanding of logistics to ensure our customers receive the highest quality support. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting logistics processes to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service :
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and retention.
  • Logistics Support :
  • Assist in tracking shipments and managing delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and vendors to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot logistics-related issues and collaborate with the logistics team to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Administrative Duties :
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update systems with order and shipment information.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and ensure product availability for customer orders.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve customer concerns and fulfill customer requests.

Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, or supply chain processes.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency :
  • Familiarity with CRM software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with logistics management tools or software is a plus.
  • Personality Traits :
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience working with logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
