Job Scope :
We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. The role is the primary customer interface and is responsible for handling customer inquiries / requests through phone calls, emails and Livechats; placing quotes / orders; providing status updates for open orders; working closely with sales team, technical support team, shipping team and other supporting teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting to : Associate Director of Customer Service
Job Location : Piscataway, NJ
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries / requests via phone, emails and Livechats.
- Place orders for biology research products.
- Provide customers with order status updates.
- Work closely with sales team, technical support team, shipping team and other supporting teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
