Job Title: Gene Production Platform Supervisor
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Responsibilities
Operations Management: Responsible for daily operations of gene synthesis, material preparation (Vector/PCR), and on-site order management team, coordinating internal and external resources, analyzing internal production data, and adjusting work plans in a timely manner to achieve goals, optimizing, training, implementing and supervising work SOP to improve operational efficiency and ensure smooth operation of the team.
Team Management: Assist the department in continuously improving platform technology and talent pool building, and formulate and evaluate team members' PBC (personal business commitment) and work KPI (key performance indicators).
Quality Management: Identify quality risk points in the position process and formulate corresponding measures to avoid or reduce risks, and achieve the goal of 0 wrong product.
Platform Management: Promote communication between upstream and downstream positions within the platform, and with other production positions/platforms.
Other Responsibilities: Cooperate and assist in completing relevant departmental internal and external work functions; complete important tasks assigned by senior management temporarily.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
- 2~3 years of biological and quality related experience
- Organized, hard-working, proactive, and have good learning ability
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Rich leadership experience in managing teams or projects
- Excellent language skills in English and Chinese
