Job Scope :
As the Plasmid Production Assistant Researcher, you will follow the the guidance of the job-specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), a series of experimental procedures will be conducted, including cell lysis, column purification, and plasmid recovery, to extract the target genes required by customers.
Location : Piscataway, NJ
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, inspection, and other work related to the department's basic equipment, as well as the writing of experimental records and 5S management.
- Operate according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), complete daily production operations, including material preparation, equipment cleaning and maintenance, etc., and provide feedback on any abnormalities in upstream and downstream positions.
- Master the online MES (Manufacturing Execution System) process synchronization operations to ensure data traceability.
- Customize reagents according to production throughput, in compliance with 5S on-site management requirements, such as reagent expiration dates and reagent positioning labels.
- Propose specific production process optimization suggestions, and undertake the specific production work of department process optimization and technical improvement.
- Assist with the completion of related tasks within the department and external positions, and complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
