Reports directly to Vice President of Equipment Sales
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the regional Equipment Sales Managers to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Receive new equipment sales summaries and open new projects in accounting system.
- Manage customer communication after new sale is booked.
- Issue POs to Vendors.
- Track project costs.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries.
- Invoice customers at payment milestones.
- Coordinate startups and technician schedules with Service Department.
- Enter vendor invoices into the Accounting System.
- Monitor opportunity database (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and alignment with accounting system (Sage)
- Communicate project status with customers.
- Format, edit, and track project submittal documents.
Location
Full time in office – Plainview, NY
Estimated Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000/annually.
Incentive Bonus: Annual bonus of up to 20% of base pay based upon achievement of individual and team goals.
