Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Duties:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and attract potential customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory control by organizing vehicles on the lot
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
