Responsibilities
As a key member of our corporate on-site HR team in Yardley, PA, you will be instrumental in driving our people strategy. Your main responsibilities include:
- Strategic Partnership: Building strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Talent Acquisition: Participating in recruitment processes, including job analysis, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Employee Relations: Resolving employee disputes, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Organizational Development: Identifying and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and morale.
- Change Management: Supporting organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources in generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR Certifications highly desired
