Shifts: 1st (Mon - Thurs) 5:55am to 4:25pm (possibility to work more hours depending on company need)

Are you ready for opportunity to the next degree? The starting rate of pay for this role is $16.00/hr. Opportunity to increase hourly wage up to $1.00/hour in first year based on performance. We offer $1,500 employee sing-on bonus for all new hires in role after 180 days.

What you’ll need to be successful:

· Enjoy fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment making soft goods for patient temperature control

· Assists other personnel with set-ups and changeovers on medium and large production lines used to manufacture FDA approved medical devices. (material roll changes, building shipping carton and boxes, change orientation of workstation(s) for device to be manufactured)

· Perform secondary assembly/packaging operations on disposable blankets used on localized cold and heated therapy systems. (folding blankets and applying labels, connecting tube and hose assembly, Velcro heat welding)

· Capable of identifying quality issues encountered in production and follow procedures to correct the problem. (complete visual inspection of work in process, perform air pressure decay testing, read and follow manufacturing instructions to identify non-conformance and report per protocol)

Preferred

· 1-2 years’ experience in fast paced work environments (manufacturing, warehouse, high volume restaurant, grocery, or hospitality)

Minimum

· High school diploma or G.E.D.

· Ability to effectively read, write and communicate.
