What You’ll Own:
Lead end-to-end project management across global accounting and finance initiatives
Manage system implementations and improvements, ensuring seamless execution and adoption
Regularly communicate project updates across the organization through clear, consistent updates (think biweekly/monthly stakeholder communications)
Navigate complex environments and collaborate across distributed teams—ideally in tech-forward, cloud-based ecosystems
Use your understanding of financial workflows to streamline and improve operational efficiency
Must-Haves:
7 years of project management experience, preferably supporting global finance or accounting teams
Familiarity with Oracle and similar enterprise systems
Proven success with systems implementation and rollout
Strong organizational communication skills—able to craft updates and communicate across business units
Experience working in a tech company or a distributed computing environment (bonus if you’ve touched ADP or payroll systems)
Nice-to-Haves:
Degree or minor in Accounting or Finance
Familiarity with accounting principles and workflows (you don’t need to be a CPA, but you get the numbers)
Experience working in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
