Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Training Program Manager to lead and coordinate internal training initiatives in the Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations Department. This role is responsible for organizing sessions, developing training materials, collaborating with trainers and SME's, and tracking progress to ensure training goals are met, and provide reporting on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and manage training programs
- Create and maintain training content and materials
- Coordinate logistics with trainers and SMEs
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee progress
- Generate reports for leadership on training performance
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–5 years of experience in training coordination or program management
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite
- Skilled in creating training content and supporting materials
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Experience in hands-on, on-the-job training (especially in a technical or manufacturing environment)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Salary : $50 - $55
