On-Call Hospice Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an on-call hospice nurse. This salaried position requires working 7 days on and 7 days off and provides a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a current RN license and at least one year of experience in hospice, home health, or oncology. They will be responsible for providing direct patient care services to hospice patients and supporting their families after normal business hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours
- Assist in evaluating patient/family needs and developing individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care provided
