We are seeking a skilled Hospice Aide to join our team, responsible for providing direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Document patient progress and provide regular updates to caregivers and family members
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- 6 months of experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance
- CPR certification
