As a RN Hospice Outreach Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and provide end-of-life solutions that are committed to clinical excellence, compassion, and dignity when life matters most.
Your responsibilities will include educating healthcare professionals, providing in-services and education on the benefits of hospice, calling on multiple account types (SNF's, ALF's, Hospitals, and Physicians), and offering in-services and education on the benefits of hospice. To be successful in this role, you must have a hospice heart, be compassionate, kind, and empathetic to your clients, their patients, and their families.
