Position Overview : We are excited to welcome an Assistant Vice President of Business Development to our dedicated team.
As the AVP of Business Development, you will report directly to the VP of Business Development and serve as the primary representative for our services in your assigned market. You will lead a talented sales team dedicated to promoting our hospice services within local healthcare communities.
- Enhance Existing Relationships : Maintain continuity of existing business and foster strong partnerships.
- Discover New Opportunities : Identify and develop new business prospects in your designated territories.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a dynamic team of business development staff, focusing on training and professional growth.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives : Assist in crafting and executing effective sales strategies, initiating impactful marketing efforts to achieve or surpass organizational goals.
Compensation and Benefits : The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000, with compensation varying based on factors like location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and departmental equity.
