Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate Clinical Operations Support Specialist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Regional VP of Clinical Operations, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert clinical support and guidance to area teams. Your contributions will ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with our organizational goals.
- Act as a clinical resource, ensuring that best practices in patient care are followed.
- Assist agencies in meeting and exceeding regulatory and company requirements, facilitating the implementation of essential systems, policies, and standards in preparation for all inspections, surveys, and audits, including state licensure and federal certifications.
- Develop and lead training programs for clinical staff, emphasizing skill enhancement, policy updates, and compliance requirements.
