Job Description: As a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family.
- Acting as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team.
- Evaluating patient and family needs and assisting in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient.
Your Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain).
- Demonstrate flexibility and composure while supporting others in a time of crisis.
- Have at least 1 years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology.
