Overview : We are seeking a Hospice Executive Director RN to support our branches across the region. In this role, you will be the Administrator RN on call and oversee overall operations at the local office, ensuring the employment of qualified Hospice personnel and the delivery of exceptional Hospice services.

Qualifications : To be considered for this position, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) willing to travel extensively, have at least 3 years of recent hospice management experience, and reside or be willing to move to the area.

Establish and uphold high standards of quality and customer service in line with federal and state regulations.
Develop and assess goals and objectives for Hospice services that adhere to quality standards and contribute to our overarching philosophy.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal guidelines.
Achieve growth and development goals while fostering market acceptance within the service area.

About You : This position requires someone who is ready to travel to various locations, managing hospice services and driving operational effectiveness. Responsibilities will include budget management and ensuring alignment between organizational goals and compassionate patient care while adhering to all guidelines.

In-depth knowledge of hospice operations and applicable regulations.

Familiarity with regulatory affairs and governance in healthcare.

Strong understanding of state and local healthcare regulatory processes.

Willingness to travel 100% of the time across the region.

Experience with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.

Background in healthcare sales or management, including P&L responsibilities.

3-5 years of management or sales experience, preferably in a hospice or healthcare setting.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Ability to work independently and effectively communicate.

Strong time management skills and a commitment to team performance improvement.

Exhibits professional judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in using various online and computer applications.

Quick to learn and apply new information.

Ability to process and integrate critical information from multiple sources effectively.

Salary Range : $104,125 - $130,160
