The Patient Care Manager - RN will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a high-performing hospice program
- Managing, overseeing, and directing patient care activities
- Teaching, evaluating, and developing associates
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and regulatory agencies
Key Skills and Qualifications
- At least three years' experience in direct patient care
- Two years' experience in hospice or home-based care setting
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in state of residence and requested employment
