Exciting Opportunity in Leadership! We are seeking a passionate and committed Executive Director - RN to lead our hospice team. This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and provides a chance to leverage your leadership skills while making a difference in patient care.
Qualifications : To qualify, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice or home health. We pride ourselves on our exceptional leadership teams that promote clinical excellence and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Foster a commitment to excellent quality care and services.
- Implement continuous quality improvement principles in daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with requirements and standards set by regulatory bodies.
- Manage human resources effectively, ensuring positive communication and support for employees.
- Oversee the selection, supervision, and evaluation of interdisciplinary team members.
- Plan and organize tasks and resources to achieve strategic goals.
- Monitor and supervise patient care quality and manage office operations efficiently.
- Manage financial resources prudently, collaborating with the Administrator on financial reviews and budget monitoring. About You :
- Education :
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
- Master's degree in business, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience :
- Minimum of one year in management or supervisory roles.
- Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care.
- Preferred experience includes roles such as Clinical Director, Hospice Director, or Executive Director.
- Three years of clinical patient care experience is preferred.
- Licenses, Certifications, and Registration :
- Current nursing license in the state of employment.
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
Equipment : Proficient in operating computer systems, facsimile equipment, and copiers, and maintaining transportation for work-related tasks.
