Overview
We're looking for a Patient Care Manager - RN to join our team. You will report directly to the Executive Director, Administrator, or Senior Patient Care Manager.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high performing hospice program including managing, overseeing, and directing patient care activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a high performing hospice program
- Managing, overseeing, and directing patient care activities
- Teaching, evaluating, and developing associates
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and regulatory agencies
About You
At least three years' experience of direct patient care and two years' experience in hospice or home-based care setting
Graduate of accredited school of nursing; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
Current Registered Nurse licensure in state of residence and requested employment
