We are looking for an Executive Director Specialist RN to provide assistance to our branches throughout Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. You will serve as the Administrator RN on call and are responsible for the overall operation at the local office, employment of qualified Hospice personnel, and provision of Hospice services.

Minimum Requirements :

Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years of recent hospice management experience.
Willing to relocate to the Delaware, Maryland, or Virginia area.
Available for 100% travel.

Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain standards of high quality and customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.

Implement and evaluate goals and objectives for Hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality.

Maintain compliance with all legal rules and regulations.

Meet growth and development targets and actively establish and maintain market acceptance and allegiance throughout the local service area.

About You :

This position is for a person who is willing to travel to different locations within the region and is responsible for establishing and implementing goals for hospice services and driving the operation of the facility. This role will manage budgets and ensure that organizational goals are in keeping with conscientious, humane care of patients while complying with all federal and state guidelines.

Qualifications :

Knowledge of hospice operations and state and federal regulations.

Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement.

Experience in healthcare sales and / or management with P&L responsibility.

3-5 years sales or management experience preferably in a Hospice or Healthcare environment.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.

Confident to work independently and communicate clearly.

Ability to share information with the team to improve overall performance.

Exercises professional judgment and demonstrates good problem-resolution skills.

Comfortable working with multiple online and computer applications.

Quick to learn and apply new knowledge.

Effectively processes and integrates time-sensitive information from multiple sources.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range : $104,125 - $130,160
