Overview :
We are excited to invite applications for the role of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships in Value-Based Care . In this key position, you will lead the development and implementation of value-based partnerships and contracts within the palliative care division. You will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to create sustainable contracting models, assess potential impacts, and monitor performance comprehensively. This role reports directly to the President of Palliative Care and Advanced Illness Management.
About You :
- Over 10 years of experience in the health-related industry is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Proven expertise in value-based payment and partnership models.
- Exceptional presentation skills to engage both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex strategic and financial concepts for diverse audiences.
