Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the lives of children and adolescents with autism by implementing individualized ABA therapy programs and providing guidance to our team of behavior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs for clients.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and create behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists.
- Train and support parents, caregivers, and staff in implementing behavior plans effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven decisions for treatment adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience providing ABA services (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Passion for working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
