Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT at Gentle Behavior Services, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs based on individualized treatment plans
- Utilize a child-led approach to engage clients in learning and skill development
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals
- Adapt therapy techniques to align with the child’s unique cultural and family background
- Provide compassionate and ethical care, ensuring a positive and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental differences (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
