Position Overview :
This position is based in California and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operational management of ~40 dental offices within California and Hawaii. This leadership role will be instrumental in driving clinical excellence, optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a collaborative culture across all dental offices. The RVP will lead regional teams to achieve strategic objectives while supporting each office in delivering high-quality dental care and exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the operational, financial, and clinical performance of all dental offices within the region.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional directors and office leaders, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with clinical teams to ensure high standards of patient care, quality, and compliance are consistently met.
Ensure all offices operate in full compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for office growth, expansion, and new patient acquisition.
Develop, manage, and oversee budgets for the region, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets.
