On-Site Move Consultant

Join Our Team at Gentle Giant Moving Company!

Gentle Giant is seeking a Part-Time On-Site Move Consultant to meet with customers and prospective clients in their homes or businesses throughout Seattle and the surrounding areas. Your primary goal will be to assess moving needs, provide accurate cost estimates, and book work for Gentle Giant.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting on-site consultations to evaluate customer needs and provide detailed estimates
• Ensuring accuracy in estimates and collaborating closely with regional and Interstate Sales teams
• Representing Gentle Giant’s brand and commitment to quality in every customer interaction
• Using your personal vehicle to travel to appointments
• Conducting remote phone consultations when not on-site
  
  

This part-time position offers 25 hours per week, with the possibility of expanding to full-time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Gentle Giant or a sales background in a similar field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• A college degree is preferred but not required
