We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated caregiver to assist a 16-year-old female with cerebral palsy, dystonia, cochlear implant, G-tube, and non-ambulatory needs. This position involves providing essential care and support, including help with transfers, bodily care, G-tube feeding, and overall daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support with transfers and mobility assistance.
- Assist with daily bodily care including hygiene and grooming.
- Perform G-tube feeding as needed, following specific instructions and protocols.
- Work closely with family members and medical professionals to ensure consistent care.
Hours:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8-hour shifts
Requirements:
- Must pass a Level 2 background screening.
- Positive attitude and a compassionate, caring nature.
- Medication certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in caregiving
