What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver Needed for Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) position at Gentle Home Care Of Central Florida?

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to assist a 32-year-old male client with cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsy, congenital dysplasia, and intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide total care, including assistance with eating, drinking, showering, toileting, and grooming.
- Help with transfers and ensure the client's safety during movements.
- Monitor and respond to seizures.
- Support the client when anxious, including managing self-harm behaviors (lip biting and head hitting).
- Communicate through gestures to understand and meet the client's needs.
Schedule:
- 3 PM to 11 PM
Requirements:
- Must pass a Level 2 background check.
- Experience with clients who have intellectual or physical disabilities.
- Ability to assist with physical tasks such as transfers and personal care.
