Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide clerical support such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support medical receptionist duties by managing patient records and appointment scheduling when necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide excellent customer support.
  • Assist in various office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office setting or as a personal assistant is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus; ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language is desirable.
  • Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and support.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
