GentleCare Therapy is a client-centered, rapidly growing pediatric developmental therapy practice that focuses on helping children reach their highest potential through high-quality therapy. We provide a full range of developmental and autism-related services, including ABA therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and special education services.
GentleCare Therapy is seeking part-time compassionate and highly focused ABA Therapists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the autism treatment field, as well as a passion for working with children with special needs.
Position Details:

General Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the ABA therapist will implement individualized 1:1 and group treatment plans for children with autism, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Collect accurate, systematic data of patient progress in skill acquisition, behavior management, and/or daily living activities for each therapy session.
- Complete required documentation in a timely fashion including daily notes, progress monitoring, and other necessary reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- 6 months experience as an ABA Therapist, behavior technician, or registered behavior technician preferred
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge and understanding of basic ABA principles
- RBT certification preferred, but not required (required to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire- we’ll provide you with the training and all the tools you need!)
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Key characteristics: adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, high-energy, and positive and compassionate attitude.
- Highly proficient with technology, including excel, google workspace, EMR, and CRM systems.
