Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator II to oversee a comprehensive onboarding program for a rapidly growing technical team (500 new engineers). This role involves managing schedules, tracking attendance, coordinating speakers, and ensuring the successful rollout of large-scale training and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate schedules and deadlines for all deliverables
- Monitor team progress and provide status updates to leadership
- Assist in preparing progress and planning documentation as needed
- Attend meetings (internal and client-facing) related to program coordination
- Report progress, challenges, and roadblocks to leadership
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all projects
