Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to support each child's development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their child's growth.
- Encourage creativity and exploration through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and structured lessons.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive social interactions among students.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that reflects the children's work and interests.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with young children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or nannying.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards.
