Essential Responsibilities:
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines.
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g., cutting boards, large pots and pans).
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Assist with putting away deliveries and maintaining an organized back-of-house.
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Monitor dishwashing machine operations and report any technical or performance issues promptly.
- Regularly remove garbage and sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous work experience as a Dishwasher.
- Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
- Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed.
- Strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation rules.
- Availability to work in shifts.
- High school diploma is a plus.
