Job Summary:
Genuine Health Group is seeking an experienced and seasoned Sales Operations Development Manager to support ACO enablement and annual performance growth objectives. This position will be based in Miami, Florida with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsible for developing and executing training initiatives to support our sales team in achieving their targets. This role will facilitate and support physician recruiting and onboarding practices, skill enhancement, and leadership development programs tailored to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales training, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement & Onboarding Support
- Own and support the Genuine Onboarding Program, ensuring new practices are enabled and coached prior to ACO go-live
- Develop, refine, and deliver training content, playbooks, and onboarding materials aligned to current market trends and internal goals
- Partner with sales reps to drive provider participation and completion of onboarding milestones
Content Development & Training Delivery
- Update and create sales collateral (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, etc.)
- Lead engaging training sessions and webinars on tools, messaging, and methodologies
- Maintain a centralized resource library with up-to-date enablement materials
Sales Coaching & Support
- Conduct individual and small-group coaching sessions to enhance rep performance
- Provide real-time support to reps during live calls and field activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align enablement content and strategy
- Act as a feedback loop between sales reps and internal stakeholders to continuously improve messaging, tools, and training
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years in sales enablement, onboarding, or training within a sales-driven organization
- Strong experience with Salesforce and LMS platforms
- Proven success developing engaging sales materials and training sessions
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel (minimum requirement 25%)
