Join our dynamic team in Gilbert, AZ, as a CNC Lathe Operator! We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to set up and operate CNC lathe machines and produce high-quality parts for our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

5 years experience setting up and operating CNC Lathe machines, preferably in the Aerospace industry.

Experience with Mazak and / or Nakamura machines preferred

Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Proficient in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
