Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator for our day shift team at our facility located in Gilbert, AZ, 85233.Normal day shift hours are 5 : 30 am - 2 : 00 pm Monday - Friday, but currently running a flexed schedule of 5 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm If you have a passion for precision machining and a knack for machine setups for production runs, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Set up and operate 3 - 5 axis CNC milling machines for production runs.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
Perform machine setups, including tool changes and calibration, to meet production specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC mills to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

3 years experience as a CNC Mill Operator, preferably in an Aerospace manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of machine setups for production runs.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Familiarity with CNC programming and operating systems.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

U.S. Person Requirements -Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
