Title: Intermediate CMM Programmer

Reporting to: Quality Control Lead
Role Overview:
Join us as an Intermediate CMM Programmer, applying your expertise to create inspection programs tailored to complex components within aerospace manufacturing. You will ensure compliance with the In-Process Inspection Sheets (IPIs) for new or revised parts, verifying that existing programs meet specifications, and updating them as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop inspection programs using PC-DMIS software for complex parts.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Interpret multiple specifications, including MIL and SAE standards.
Read and comprehend blueprints effectively.
Work autonomously to manage programming tasks and adhere to schedules.
Analyze customer drawings and inspection documents to verify specifications.
Assist in segregating nonconforming products or materials.
Focus on process improvements and mitigating FOD risks.
Perform additional tasks as necessary.
Skills & Expertise:
Proficient with measurement tools: CMM, Optical Comparators, Vision Systems, etc.
Extensive knowledge of PC-DMIS & CMM Manager software.
Detail-oriented, with strong organization and time-management skills.
Capable of interpreting engineering documentation and procedures.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
Supervision:
- No direct supervisory duties.
Requirements:
- Over three years in Aerospace Manufacturing, familiar with AS9100 or ISO9001.
- Certification in GD&T is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Schedule:
This role offers a full-time position, with work hours from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
