Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and have expertise with ERP systems? We are on the lookout for a Key Client Account Specialist eager to be the face of our organization to our clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Your Role

Guiding and growing customer relationships is at the heart of your role. You'll act as the central link between valued clients and our teams.

• Maintain and develop warm, productive relationships with customers.
• Efficiently connect with internal departments as the customer's primary advocate.
• Leverage ERP software to record interactions and keep detailed account records.
• Create robust tracking systems to keep projects punctual and adaptable.
• Extract and upload data from customer portals related to order specifics and requirements.
• Analyze and manage customer forecast data to maintain accountability throughout the production schedule.
• Review purchase orders for compliance with lead times, pricing, and standards.
• Process and enter sales orders, facilitating manufacturing to meet sales commitments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to provide exceptional customer service.
• Convey important customer insights to our internal teams regularly.
• Assist in delivering relevant analytics on financial and production data.
• Ensure timely and precise completion of all required reports and administrative tasks.
• Analyze metrics such as Quality and Delivery, striving for continual improvement.
• Manage Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMA).

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in account management or customer service, preferably within Aerospace.
• Proficient with ERP systems for managing customer accounts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous worker capable of thriving in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Expert in multitasking and task prioritization.
• Candidate must meet U.S. Person definition as per export control laws.
