Summary / Objective : The Assembly Technician – Level 2 fulfills assembly tasks while following company guidelines, safety requirements, quality requirements, and production standards.
- Pay range for Level 2 : $19-$22 per hour.
Essential Functions :

Read and follow traveler instructions
Properly use required tools efficiently and effectively. This includes installation, hand, pneumatic and electric tools.
Properly Setting depths to inserts to spec call out.
Properly use and read measuring instruments, Calipers, drop indicators, etc.
Measure and document production standards
Locate and mix correct compound needed for each job
Read Intermediate blueprint measurements
Document counts
Capable of doing pressure testing
Mark parts using ink, epoxy, electro-etch, vibro-peen efficiently and effectively
Complete discrepant tag information
Using both hydraulic and hand presses, set pins, lock rings, etc. correctly and effectively
Organize, clean, and maintain work area (Including putting things away throughout entire room)
Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate

Minimum Qualifications
2 Years Assembly Experience
High school diploma / GED
