Reporting directly to our Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the excellence our company is renowned for.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- Employ a spectrum of measurement tools, including but not limited to CMMs and Optical Comparators, ensuring product dimensions align precisely with client specifications.
- Delve into product manufacturing records, ensuring their thoroughness and compliance.
- Identify and meticulously document any deviations from expected standards.
- Collaborate closely with our manufacturing team to uphold stellar quality across the board.
- Drive process improvements based on your insightful evaluations.
- Engage in various other tasks as they arise, stepping up to the demands of the role.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and a knack for prioritizing effectively.
- A creative edge in team collaborations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Advanced proficiency with inspection equipment, including manual and DCC CMMs.
- Prior exposure to PC-DMIS is highly desirable, with a strong grasp of MSA and Gage R&R studies adding considerable value.
- A dedicated focus on addressing both external and internal client concerns.
Qualifications We Hold in High Regard:
- Competence with Microsoft Office and digital environments.
- A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in aerospace inspection.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability and effectiveness in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting.

Work Environment & Schedule:
This is a full-time role with typical Monday through Friday workdays, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime opportunities may arise as needed.
