Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, and profits
- Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies with local Store Managers to increase sales and expand customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in Retail sales or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both internally and externally
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
