We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our NAPA family. As the face of our retail store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customers receive the right auto parts solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person at the counter or over the phone
- Use your parts knowledge to assist other team members answer questions for customers
- Offer outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our NAPA Store
- Bring a customer-focused approach to our fast-paced stores
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in helping customers with their auto parts and service questions
- Background in the automotive industry or experience tinkering with/repairing cars & trucks
- Ability to learn all things automotive if you don't have prior experience
- High School Diploma or GED and technical or trade school courses or degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
