Job Summary
The Business Development Manager, Auto Care, is responsible for developing and expanding Auto Care program adoption leading to increased NAPA parts sales. This role involves communicating and executing strategic initiatives, new member enrollment, sales promotions, and program training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presents, communicates, and sells Auto Care prospects on the value add for their business to join the NAPA Auto Care program.
- Works closely with NAPA Auto Care HQ, providing feedback, ideas, and field insights to drive program adoption, new membership, AAA dual enrollments, Autotech training, and sales goals.
- Hosts meetings in assigned territory to provide training on Auto Care program adoption and utilization.
- Achieves territory quota on sales, new members, and co-branded projects.
- Assists local BDGs in meeting management, community events, and marketing to consumers and potential new members.
- Provides top-notch customer service and communication to all NAPA Auto Care centers in assigned territory.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrates the ability to understand and apply sales principles, techniques, and processes effectively.
- Communication and Customer Focus: Demonstrates the ability to identify, understand, and meet the needs of customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
