About the Position:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with NAPA's offerings
- Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers
- Work closely with Store Managers to develop plans to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads on a local basis
