About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, Under Hood to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our Under Hood product sales to current and new customers at all distribution levels.

Main Responsibilities
- Presents and communicates NAPA category strategic initiatives, promotions, value propositions, and training materials to storeowners and their installer customers.
- Works closely with Regional Sales Manager, TSM/TMOD teams on ISO Store Readiness/Inventory levels and assessments.
- Attains assigned daily average sales presentations to commercial customers.
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of success in developing new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
