Job Description
- Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits through targeted sales initiatives.
- Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers, fostering strong relationships and identifying specific needs to align solutions with NAPA's offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail store or outside sales environment.
- 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, demonstrating basic selling skills, and performing in a quota-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years required.
